Description

For the past 19 years, The Art We Are Cafe has been a gathering place for artists, students, professionals and friends. Tucked into the heart of Kamloops, it is a warm, welcoming space where creativity & community come together. Known for its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere - made from scratch food, quality tea and coffee, and ever-changing collection of artwork and artisan items from regional artists the cafe has become a destination as much as a cafe. Its colorful walls covered in local art, loyal customer base, and deep community roots create an experience that is difficult to replicate. Operating five days per week, the business offers a balance of lifestyle and opportunity. A dedicated long-term team keeps daily operations running smoothly providing a strong foundation for future ownership. Recent investments in equipment have further strengthened the business allowing the next owner to step into an operation that is established and well maintained. For someone who values community, creativity, good food, and entrepreneurship, this is a chance to step into a well-established Kamloops institution with room to grow. The foundation is here. The character is unmistakable. The next chapter is waiting to be written. For additional details, contact Teresa at 250-258-0206 - please do not approach staff. (id:65701)
